popping up here and there

I wanted to share a few of my most recent features with you guys.

A little photoshoot I did with Market Publique last winter that just launched. I absolutely adore the team and their vintage collection is to die for.

This skirt gives me Easter egg butt. I'm ok with that.
Someone told me we would be having a dry winter, my first thought was "Ooh! I can buy suede".

Take a look!

Sneak Peeks

A little Threadsence lookbook sneak peek.
I modeled and also styled a couple of the looks for the loobook. The floral top and blue dress are the looks I styled pretty much on the spot.

Look Mom! I'm a real model.

My Tobi lookbook for Kasil Workshop jeans styled by Taylor Jacobson.

I love the creative team at tobi (and everyone else there for that matter). It's always a blast being there. Check out Tobi for more.

Get Nasty

I am so excited to share this video lookbook I shot for Nasty Gal a while back.
I think it looks amazing and everyone did a great job with styling, editing, and make up.
It was a blast to film and when you see us drinking beer and eating chips, it's all for real, breakfast of champions.

(styling-Sophia (the Nasty Gal herself), models-your's truly and Alex, directed by Paul Trapani & Hiawatha Bradley)

Here are some shots of Nick (my nastygal bf) and me screwing around.

It has been raining non stop in SF and the past week it has been like 35 degrees. Are you kidding me? 35? That's a temperature I am not prepared to deal with.
I need new boots...Thigh high boots for under 200...suggestions? Must be leather and must actually stay up on the leg without getting all slouchy and annoying.

Who Knew...

Last week I shot a lookbook for Tobi wearing all of their new Elizabeth and James pieces. I think the lookbook turned out beautifully. Frankly I am surprised but also proud, I didn't think I had it in me.
Here are some of my favorite looks.

A pretty good day

Today two very wonderful things happened. I got a delightful pair of new shoes, Jeffrey Campbell 99 zip wedge, and I got new *hair*.
I love how the shoes look like they're almost molded to my feet, streamlined but with organic curves.

For my hair I went to one of the best salons in San Francisco and visited my new, permanent hair stylist and colorist. Brandi, the hair stylist, is probably one of the best I've had. She had the uncanny ability of knowing exactly what I wanted, as if she peaked inside my thoughts. She was incredibly precise and based her suggestions on what she thought would look best for me. Sarah, the colorist, was a doll! It is thanks to her that I got these marvelous shoes, she was wearing them this morning while doing my hair. She also did an amazing job, making my hair look just as I had imagined it. A huge thank you to the two of them for giving my hair the tlc it needed so badly.
These pics are either dark or flashed, so I'll take some in better lighting when I get a chance.
It's impossible to try to take pictures in my studio, the pets just attack me with love, affection and pleas for more food.
(jacket-F21, denim shirt-vintage, tank and necklace-F21, jeans-UO, rings-vintage)
A little shoot I did with Tobi . I have such a blast every time I work there everyone is funny and sweet and their stuff isn't so bad either.

Too much fun

(via LeFashion & FashionGoneRogue)
I am still recooperting from my weekend, too much fun for me. I am really so much more of a chill night with friends type person vs. the wake up early to drink before the 12 hour rave type person.
Some eye candy for you, because I am totally brain dead.
