Happy Flower Friday. Here’s another arrangement of some of my favorite flowers with a little DIY video. I love using fresh mint as the greenery. It gives the arrangement a pop of color and makes the house smell heavenly fresh.

A lovely little arrangement I created for my bedside table with some grocery store flowers. I like that it looks like something you would pick from your home garden. It’s a simple way to add a little brightness to my morning.
Happy Friday! We’re going to the FYF Fest this weekend so make sure to follow along on Instagram ~ @LateAfternoon. I hope you all have a beautiful weekend.
I love filling my home with fresh flowers, but it can be difficult to justify spending money on something that will die in a few days. Tulips are my go-to flowers for creating beautiful arrangements without “breaking the bank”. In this case I used one bouquet of yellow tulips and arranged them in three vases of various heights to create a dynamic center piece for my dinning table. It’s simple yet eye catching and can be arranged different ways for different spaces.
Have a great weekend and make sure you follow my Insta Stories – @LateAfternoon to follow along my European road trip.
A few weekends ago I hosted a pop up shop with Yumi Kim at Platform LA. We brought BabyBlue and set up a mobile flower shop. The flowers served to enhance the beauty of the Yum Kim dresses and prints. I created arrangements for every one who walked away with a purchase and by the end of the day almost all the flowers were gone. It was such a lovely day. Everyone walked away with a beautiful summer pieces and gorgeous blooms to match.
This post was created in collaboration with Yumi Kim.
