Brunch ~ Baked Eggs

Today’s Sunday brunch recipe is an easy little bite perfect for a party of one or a party of ten.
Gather your ingredients. You can pretty much use whatever combination or fresh herbs and toppings you want (I love making these with smoked salmon).
Butter your ramekins, crack two eggs into each one, season with salt and pepper,  and sprinkle the toppings over your eggs.
 Bake in the oven at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how you like your eggs.
Serve and enjoy.
