This fringe vest could add and edge to any outfit. I could see myself pairing it with a simple tee and jeans combo. It's also a great layering piece.
And I wish I could make it to the meet-up, it sounds fun! I didn't know about the clothing swap though.

What an awesome piece, a great addition to any wardrobe. I love the boldness of the extended fringe on the simple silhouette. I would wear it with a little floral dress or cut-offs for a relaxed summer look. Then update it for fall with a billowy blouse, jeans and lots of hardware.
And unfortunately I live in Florida, but I'm sure the swap will be great.

I am a sucker for fringe! I own a pair of wanna-be minnetonka's from f21. I personally think this vest could end up being so versatile. I imagine myself wearing it with a loose fitting tank, some destroyed denim shorts, and either my gladiator sandals or my fringe boots OR with a black body hugging tube dress, some peep toe ankle booties, and some key jewelry accessories.

i have been searching the world over and scouring vintage stores for a fringe vest that totally epitomizes 70s fashion, and this is IT. i love that the fringe is just a little longer than expected, and that caramel color makes it so versatile

I think this would become a great era outfit, a good way to say au revoir to summer, pondering the Summer of Love during Woodstock back in the day, dreaming, only dreaming of how rediculously awesome it would be to have Janis Joplin's vocal masterpiece.
The strings are extraaa-long, and the colour isn't too overdyed, which gives it an authentic look!
Plus, imagine how many wonderful cowgirl//indian adventures or photo snaps can you possibly do with this.
I do believe this vest would have a life of it's own, and I have quite a buncha pals who would like to share this lovin' summmma delight.

I've been so obsessed with fringe lately... fringe earrings, fringe sandals, contemplating a bright red fringe bag! I would probably drown in this vest, seeing as the fringes are so long... but with a vintage long shirt/AA mesh minidress and simple heels, I'd totally wear this every day!

i love this, it's such a statement piece and is perfect for layering. it's got such a laid back hippie vibe and i would wear it with a black body con dress or just jeans and a t shirt. to be honest if i had this i would probably somehow manage it into everything i wear! :P

I absolutely love it. I saw a similar one in Maine while I was there and wish I had picked it up then. I could definitely see myself wearing it over a little dress with sandals. I think it will look amazing with my new fringe/bangs hairstyle!!

i love this vest because it is totally with the current bohemian trend. unlike most i don't just pair a vest with a plain shirt. i love wearing vests with EVERYTHING. my newest way is wearing them with dresses, which as far as i know is not a common trend. the best part about this vest is that i can wear it year round--in the summer with a patterned top and some shorts paired with big sunglasses, in fall with super skinny jeans, in winter with a cozy knit dress, and in spring with an airy floral dress!
